Terms and Conditions
Return Policy: All sales are final - after customer has received completed wig and has communicated with business that the commission meets their requirements.
Cancellation Policy: Customer may cancel their order any time prior to final receipt of wig commission(s). Cancellation reasons are not limited to any one reason, we just ask the customer to please notify us via email, social media messaging, or any other communication between the customer and business.
Quotes: Submitting a quote does not mean you have finalized the commission to be started/completed. Ninachuu Wigs will communicate via email answering the questions on this form with price, time frame, and any other relevant items related to the commission. Ninachuu Wigs does not currently do DragonBall/Super Saiyan wigs at this time.
Commission Completion Timeframe: This timeframe will be discussed prior to an invoice being sent to the customer. If for any reason the commission must take longer than the agreed time, the business will reach out to communicate this with the customer as soon as possible. The minimum amount of time needed for an order is five (5) days. This is due to the time needed to order and receive the base wig, styling and finishing, and then sending the final product to the customer. Submission of payment to the final invoice(s) indicates agreement to the terms and conditions for Ninachuu Wigs. If any questions/concerns, please contact the business directly.
